The Departure Marks the First Vacancy on the Neighborhood Council for This Term

Christopher Lee, a dedicated community advocate whose emphasis was beach cleanups and reforming the election procedures of the Venice Neighborhood Council, resigned this week due to medical concerns which marks the first vacancy on the 21-member, all volunteer neighborhood council for this term.
Lee in a letter to board members and the Rules & Elections Committee in which he chaired. Lee indicated due to the nature of his medical challenges, He would be “largely unavailable in the coming months.”
Lee stated he would be “advising the Board on my replacement and what is still left to do from my term on Rules & Elections.”
