North Korea’s state television KRT released visuals on Friday showing leader Kim Jong Un attending a groundbreaking ceremony for a memorial museum in Pyongyang, dedicated to North Korean soldiers who fought in Russia’s Kursk region.

In his speech, Kim reiterated their strong bilateral friendship with Russia, saying “Pyongyang will always be with Moscow.”

The release comes as U.S. President Donald Trump prepares for his trip to Asia, amid speculation over a possible meeting with Kim during his stop in South Korea.
