The prospective owner of the Springfield Hospital property has shared what the plans are for the site as some taxing authorities voiced concerns about their uncertainty of what’s going to happen there.

Aminah Shabazz Perez, representing Felicia Wilson, director of Restorative Health Foundation Inc. said the plan is to keep it a hospital.

Wilson is principal of the nonprofit Restorative Heath Foundation Inc. She also owns several restaurants in Philadelphia and is owner of the Amina Hospitality Group, including Avana and Amina.

“I’m meeting with all these health systems to see who would be the best fit,” Perez said, adding that she’s met with ChristianaCare and Penn Medicine. “I want to bring back something phenomenal.”
