With the Bihar election campaign heating up, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi at a rally, saying those who carry the Constitution are "simply misleading" people.

Kickstaing the his poll campaign in Samastipur, the prime minister doubled down on his “jungle raj” claim against the RJD, saying the state must keep them at bay and vote for good governance.
