The family of a Kinnelon woman who drowned during a biathlon in July has accused a homeowners' association of failing to provide swift and proper rescue.
Hannah Merlucci, 36, was participating in the biathlon in the private Fayson Lakes community where she lived with her husband, Alex, and their four children. During the swim portion in West Lake, one of the three lakes in the community, Hannah Merlucci became "distressed" and began to "visibly" struggle, the lawsuit says.
