Jammu, Oct 24: Sushma Sharma, wife of BJP MLA and former Cabinet Minister Chander Prakash Ganga, passed away today due to a heart attack. The cremation is scheduled for 5 PM at Cremation Ground, Sarore Adda.

Ganga had performed his party duties and cast his vote in the Rajya Sabha elections before returning to Vijaypur following the sad demise.

Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expressed grief over her passing, extending heartfelt condolences to MLA Ganga and the bereaved family, and prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul.
