Thurmont commissioner candidates share views on growth, transparency ahead of election

A longtime commissioner and three other town residents are vying to fill two seats on Thurmont's Board of Commissioners.

Commissioners Bill Blakeslee and Wayne Hooper's terms conclude at the end of this month. Hooper has served as a commissioner for more than three decades and is seeking reelection.
