What better way for Center City’s Jazztober concert series to cap off this year's season than with a dog-gone parade and special appearance?

Ruth Ellen Lynch and Jazz Plus will provide the live music from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, on the grounds of the Historic Bivins Home at 1000 S. Polk St. But the Jazztober evening will feature another special attraction: the arrival of the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile.

The famous 27-foot-long, hot dog-shaped vehicle will be on Polk Street during the last concert of the season.

With the arrival of the Wienermobile, Center City will have a Halloweeney Doggie Dress-Up parade and contest in the south parking lot of 1000 S. Polk before the concert.
