Northern Colorado's food scene continues to grow, with several new spots that opened this month or are coming soon — and no closures to report.

Loveland has two additions: a pizza place from 13-time world champion chef Tony Gemignani and an ice cream shop with a boozy twist.

Fort Collins has its own wave of openings on the horizon, including a new Thai restaurant, Miniso — a destination for Asian snacks and lifestyle goods — and Milkshake Factory, a Pittsburgh-based dessert shop known for its gourmet shakes and sundaes.
