The Madison County Commission and the Gentry-Isom Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2702 are supporting veterans with Operation Greenlight.

The initiative encourages the community to illuminate homes and businesses with green lights to honor the men and women who have served, culminating in a celebration leading up to Veterans Day.

Bobby Lee, Post Commander Gentry-Isom VFW Post 2702, said, “It involves a yard sign and a green light bulb that folks can put on one or both of their porch lights and display through the week of the 4th through the 11th of November to honor our veterans.”
