Keystone, CO (KDVR) — The first heavy snowfall of the season is good news for Colorado ski resorts. Resorts, high country employees and small businesses earn as much as 95% of their income between November and March. “We are so pumped to get open for the season again,” Keystone Resort spokesperson Sarah McLear told FOX31.
Skiers and snowboarders have been eagerly waiting for another chance to experience the thrill of gliding down Colorado’s majestic mountainsides. “Being from the Midwest and not having like big mountain terrain, I think the first thing is just like the views,” said Keystone’s Ski To Tee golf simulator club owner John Keith.
