Barcelona will be without the injured Raphinha for Sunday’s El Clasico against Real Madrid.

Hansi Flick had been hoping that the Brazil international, who has been out of action for a month following a hamstring strain, would be fit enough to make his return against Real.

Barcelona, however, will again be missing the services of the 28-year-old who was not present in Friday’s training session.

The reigning Spanish champions will at leasthave central defender Andreas Christensen and midfielder Frenkie de Jong back in contention as they look to regain leadership of La Liga.

Flick’s side will head into Sunday’s game at the Bernabeu two points adrift of their fierce rivals and will arrive in confident mood following their midweek 6-1 win over Olympiacos.
