The second day of testimony in the murder trial of Sean Grayson began Thursday to a notably less crowded courtroom.

The previous day was marked by high emotions as jurors were shown body-worn footage of Sonya Massey being shot in her home by the former deputy sheriff. Jurors also heard from a crisis intervention instructor whose course Grayson took, crime scene investigators and more.

Crime scene investigators verify cartridges were fired from Grayson's firearm

Illinois State Police crime scene investigator Adam Markwell identified Grayson's duty uniform and the firearm used in the shooting, and said he collected 41 live rounds of ammo from Massey's kitchen counter.
