This morning a federal judge will hear arguments on whether to remove the last restraining order barring federalized National Guard troops from entering Portland.

An appeals court earlier this week shot down the first of two orders by U.S. District Judge Karin J. Immergut barring President Donald Trump from deploying National Guard troops in the city. The federal government argues that Immergut should now abandon her second order, based on that opinion.
