Birmingham celebrity Malala Yousafzai appeared on The Tonight Show to discuss 'the gap' of gender inequality in sport.
Malala was touring the United States to promote her new book 'Finding My Way' which dives into adulthood, mental health and love.
As well as discussing her book, the activist, who lived in Birmingham after being shot by the Taliban, spoke about her new initiative Recess.

Malala was brought to Birmingham in 2012 after a near-death experience in Pakistan.
The schoolgirl was shot in the head by the Taliban for promoting education for girls.
