A building has collapsed in Manchester city centre this afternoon (October 24) as locals were left shocked. The building involved is believed to be Albert House as one witness said it had a 'strong earthquake like feeling'.
Another witness added: “We were shaking and we didn’t know if the building was coming down, then we saw the plumes of dust." Nearby business have reportedly been evacuated after the incident just off Bridge Street. The building spans around to St Mary's Parsonage.
