There is chaos on the A38 in Devon this afternoon, after a crash has left the carriageway partially blocked in one direction near Splatford Split.

The crash is located on the southbound carriageway between the A379 and Telegraph Hill. Traffic monitoring site Inrix said that traffic is queuing at this time.

Inrix said: "A38 Devon Expressway Southbound partially blocked, queueing traffic due to accident from the A379 (Kennford) to A380 Telegraph Hill (Splatford Split, Kenn)."
