PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Hot off the heels of their upcoming album "Everybody Scream," Florence + The Machine are hitting the road for a tour across North America, including a stop in Portland.
The 23-show Everybody Scream North American Tour begins in Minneapolis in April and travels around the U.S. and into Canada before coming to the Moda Center on May 13.
"Everybody Scream" releases on Halloween and touches on womanhood, partnership, aging and dying.
During their last tour, which came to Portland in October 2022, the eponymous Florence Welch underwent life-saving surgery. She said this led to a period of self-reflection and healing, ultimately leading to the new album.
The album also features writing and production collaborations with other artists like Mark Bowen from IDLES, Aaron
