I’ve visited Las Vegas many times and stayed at many different properties. Win or lose (mostly lose), I always had a great time. Unfortunately, my latest trip left me going away angry.
I actually had a winning visit this time, so this isn’t sour grapes over a bad beat.
Of course the house has the advantage, as it should. Still, visitors should not feel taken advantage of.
Last month, I checked into a modest resort on the Strip. I was told that checking in before 4 p.m. would cost an extra $45.
