The Toronto Blue Jays have announced that Bo Bichette has officially made their World Series roster . Now fully back into the fold, one reporter is convinced of what his role should be.

Bichette is making his way back from a knee injury . He hasn't played since Sept. 6. And still, now that he is on the roster, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com argues he should be in the lineup every game .

“Regardless of where Bichette plays (2B, SS or DH), he belongs in the World Series lineup every day,” Matheson wrote. “This isn't something the Blue Jays need to overthink.”

“If he costs them a base defensively or running, so be it. His bat will likely make up for more than a base to balance it out,” he concluded. Article Continues Below
