Jamshedpur: With the auspicious Chhath Puja approaching, the district administration has intensified preparations to ensure the festival is celebrated smoothly and safely across the district. On Friday, District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi personally inspected key Chhath ghats, including Two Muhani and Swarnarekha ghats, to review the ongoing arrangements and to take stock of the readiness of various departments involved in the festival preparations.

Accompanying the Deputy Commissioner during the inspection were ADM (Law and Order) Bhagirath Prasad, Deputy Municipal Commissioner (Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee) Krishna Kumar, District Transport Officer Dhananjay, SDM Dhalbhum Chandrajeet Singh, and representatives from JUSCO and other concerned departments.
