The Boston Bruins are spiraling.
After starting the season 3-0, the Bruins have lost six straight , looking more like the team that finished last in the Atlantic Division last year.
Nothing’s gone right for Boston , which allowed a season-high seven goals in its 7-5 loss to the Anaheim Ducks at home on Thursday. The Bruins have been outscored 28-19 during their skid while enduring four losses by one goal. They’re also tied with the Calgary Flames for the most losses in regulation this season.
Given how last season ended, many Boston players are understandably frustrated with the disappointing start to this season, including star center Morgan Geekie .
