The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation has made a second quarter (July 1 to Sept. 30) payment of $1.23 million to the City of Brantford for hosting Elements Casino Brantford.

So far, during OLG’s fiscal year (April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026), Brantford has received $2.45 million. Since the gaming site opened in November 1999, the city has received $108.6 million.

These payments to host communities are based on a formula in the Municipality Contribution Agreement that is consistently applied across all land-based casino sites in Ontario using a graduated scale of gaming revenue at the hosted site.
