The Cornwall Colts narrowly beat out the Hawkesbury Hawks on Thursday, 5-4 after a shootout.
The Hawks couldn’t make good on an early power play after the Colts’ Wyatt Warner got called for cross-checking.
The Colts then took an early lead with Camden McCuaig scoring the first goal of the game with an assist from Timothy Walker. Colby Lauzon helped secure the lead with an assist from Derek Rhodes.
