KSTP reports: “More than 600 [Allina Health] doctors, physicians’ assistants and nurse practitioners plan to give a 10-day strike notice on Friday. The union representing them says 90% of its members voted to go on strike, meaning they could walk off the job as early as Nov. 3. … This could be the largest strike of its kind in U.S. history, affecting 60 clinics in Minnesota and one in Wisconsin.”

MPR News reports: The last Annunciation victim was greeted with cheers when exiting a limo to visit hospital staff after her discharge. “Twelve-year-old Sophia Forchas was released from the hospital on Thursday, nearly two months after she was shot in the head at Annunciation Catholic Church and School in Minneapolis on Aug. 27. She is the final victim of the mass shooting to be discharged.”
