JAMAICA HILLS, Queens (WABC) -- A 15-year-old boy was stabbed during an afterschool brawl in Queens and now police are searching for up to 13 suspects.
A group of teenagers started fighting at the intersection of 160 Street and Hillside Avenue at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
The group surrounded the 15-year-old boy, kicked and punched him, while stealing his expensive sneakers as another teen stabbed him several times.
The victim's sneakers were worth $340.
The Hillcrest High School student was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he remains Friday in critical condition.
Those involved in the brawl ran away from the scene.
Almost all of the 13 suspects were wearing black and several were also wearing face masks.
