When it's time for the bins to be collected each week, almost without fail, the east Orange street which Cody Wright calls home will be met with the blaring sound of a garbage truck honking its horn.
That's because Grace Rise is so narrow that should two cars be parked on the street opposite each other, it's almost impossible for another vehicle to get through.
"It is a bit of a struggle," Mr Wright said.
"There's usually always two people parked right across from each other. You have to drive so bloody slowly.
"Then if it comes to getting a (fire truck) or a garbage truck down here, they just can't."
In an effort to alleviate the issues that arise when driveways are full, cars can often be seen parked up on the curb.
