BREEZY POINT — Eagle View Elementary School E-STEM (Environmental Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) teacher Deanne Trottier was the elementary recipient of the Minnesota Science Teachers Association Teaching Award.

The Minnesota Science Teachers Association Science Teaching Award recognizes exemplary K-12 science teachers in Minnesota, with one elementary recipient and one secondary.

In addition to receiving a plaque, Trottier was awarded $1,000 to use for her classroom.
