NBA veteran Terry Rozier faced a bruising paternity suit from his Polish bikini-model baby mama accusing him of being a callous deadbeat dad several years before his arrest Thursday in a sprawling Mafia-linked federal sports betting and gambling probe .

The paternity suit, first reported by the Daily Mail, was filed by Monika Jawdynska in 2019 and contended that the Miami Heat guard — who is in his final fourth year of a $96 million-plus contract with the Charlotte Hornets — should cough up child support for their daughter born that year.

“A millionaire athlete or movie star should not be treated differently than anyone else,” Jawdynska’s filing from Miami-Dade County argued. 4
