For the second fall in a row, Fulton Brewing has made a big change.
Last year, it announced its new partnership and in-taproom residency with Finnegans Brew Co. This week, it opened an expanded kitchen with a bolstered menu in its Minneapolis taproom.
For years, the brewery welcomed area food trucks before starting to dish up food from an Airstream on its lot.
The brewery has now opened a full-service kitchen, led by Head Chef Brandon Ricigliano, that will offer smash burgers, chicken wings, a patty melt, and beer-battered cheese curds, among other items.
“As Minneapolis’s first taproom, Fulton has always been where people come together over great beer,” says Jill Drum, Fulton’s Director of Hospitality. “Now the food will make the experience even better.”
