A red flag warning for the leeward side of all Hawaiian islands, indicating increased fire risk, remains in effect through 6 p.m. Saturday.
The National Weather Service says east winds of 20 to 30 mph, with gusts of 40 to 50 mph, are expected to continue today, along with relative humidity at 40% to 45%.
