DALLAS — The Republican race for U.S. Senate now includes three candidates: Senator John Cornyn, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Congressman Wesley Hunt.

But only one is the incumbent.

And Senator Cornyn is leaning on that experience and the proximity it provides to President Donald Trump.

“Two things that we are in the process of doing are number one, reminding people about my voting record with President Trump, which is in excess of 99%. And just reminding them of that fact and the things that we’ve done to support the President’s agenda,” Sen.
