(WAND) - Halloween is nearly here! WAND has reached out to community officials across central Illinois to confirm trick-or-treat times.

As a reminder, it is generally good practice to skip houses with porch lights that have been turned off.

Arcola : The City of Arcola will have trick-or-treating hours from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31.

Assumption : The City of Assumption will hold trick-or-treating from 5-8 p.m. Oct. 30 & 31.

Auburn: Trick-or-treat hours will be from 5-8 p.m. on Oct. 30 & 31 with porch lights on only.

Blue Mound: The Village of Blue Mound will observe trick-or-treating hours from 5-8 p.m. on Oct. 30 & 31.

Champaign : Champaign County hours will be held from 6-8
