COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)- Happy Friday! The weekend will start off great with just passing clouds and temperatures in the 70s. We do have another day of elevated fire danger because of dry ground, winds, and low humidity.
Starting Sunday, we are tracking our next chance for rain. Isolated showers and storms will be possible that evening.
Next Week: The best chance for rain will continue through Monday. While rain chances back off, there will still be a possibility of stray showers until the middle of next week.
Our temperatures will cool off next week. Highs will sit in the 60s by Monday. Morning readings will be in the upper 40s/low 50s.
