With temperatures not able to touch 60F due to plentiful cloud cover and rain cooled air, expect temperatures to drop into the upper 40’s tonight. We will receive a break from the drizzle we have experienced all day today, but overcast sky conditions and rain chances (40%) continue into the weekend. I do not expect to see much sun until mid next week.
We remain slightly below average temperature-wise, and will return to right about average as we jump into next workweek. The consistent infiltration of cool arctic air is attributed to the positioning of a low pressure and high pressure system, stationed to our west and north east respectively.
Expect temperatures to remain pretty consistent (lower 60’s and upper 50’s) next week.
