LOGAN — A 21-year-old Logan man already on probation for drug possession charges has been arrested for allegedly trying solicit a minor for naked pictures, according to law enforcement.

Kennan James Brower made an initial appearance Friday in Logan’s 1 st District Court. He was charged with criminal solicitation of a minor, a first-degree felony.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, agents with the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce received a cyber-tip in April from a social networking app. The company reported a user, later identified as Brower, had attempted to entice or solicit a minor.
