BALTIMORE —

You will soon be able to step into the story of NBA superstar and Hall of Famer Carmelo Anthony.

The new House of Melo interactive exhibit at the Enoch Pratt Free Library's central location opens to the public Saturday morning.

Anthony said his favorite part of the exhibit is a full-size basketball court right when you enter the library, marked with his own words and pictures along his journey from Baltimore to basketball star. It allows Anthony to see his own story brought to life in the place that shaped so much of his life.

"I understand what it means to be from here," Anthony said. "I understand that attitude, that grit, that culture… There is nothing like bringing it back home."
