In a household filled with goldendoodles, the owners expected one puppy not to grow "too big" after seeing his parents, but three years later, they learned that they couldn't be more off.

The August 23 Instagram video posted to the account @fabulous_doodle shows the dog's transformation from when JumJum was an 8-week-old pup to him now, at age 3. The owner, Oona, told Newsweek via email that JumJum is a second-generation goldendoodle . His dad is large for the hybrid dog breed, at 106 pounds, while his mom weighs 77 pounds.

Originally bred as a guide dog in the 1960s, the standard goldendoodle—a crossbreed of a golden retriever and poodle—weighs an average of 50 to 90 pounds. But with JumJum, he never stopped growing.
