Robert Shaw, 50, is being charged with murder in the death of Justin Johnson, 34.
Investigators said the shooting happened in a car, when Shaw allegedly drove up and fired shots into Johnson's car, before driving away from the scene.
On Friday, the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office said Johnson was shot at least 22 times and that two guns were used in the shooting.
Shaw was arraigned last Saturday morning and given a $2 million bond.
