IOWA (KCAU) — A federal appeals court upheld an A-Lower court ruling to place a preliminary injunction on an Iowa immigration law.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit said in its opinion that the injunction will remain on a law that makes illegal reentry a crime in Iowa.
The case is being returned to the district court to evaluate some legal questions, along with who is enjoined from enforcing that law.
