NORWALK, Conn. — When Norwalk police pulled over Alexander Freedman on Thursday morning, they were responding to reports he was driving erratically and had threatened to shoot another motorist.
When officers searched through the 37-year-old’s vehicle, they found approximately five pounds of marijuana, according to a release from city’s police department on Friday.
Freedman, a Norwalk resident, was subsequently arrested and faces nine separate charges. His bond was set at $125,000, and he will appear in court on Nov. 6.
Norwalk police say that around 11:25 a.m. on Thursday, dispatch received several 911 calls reporting a disturbance at Calf Pasture Beach.
The callers said that a man was driving dangerously and threatened violence against another driver.
