PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- The McCracken County Sheriff's Office says their deputies tried to pull over an All-Terrain Vehicle on October 23, for traffic violations in the area of John Puryear Drive and Hovekamp Road.
The driver, identified as 40-year-old Ryan Tucker of Paducah, fled the scene, leading deputies to search for him on foot, the sheriff's office said in a release.
Deputies reported finding the ATV flipped and Tucker crouched behind it. The sheriff's office said they also found marijuana, methamphetamine, and other drug paraphernalia on him.
Tucker was arrested and taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
