JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – A state-led commissioning process is progressing as scheduled as part of the regulatory procedure to reopen the Johnstown Inclined Plane, Cambria County Transit Authority officials said Friday.

As part of a 30-day process, inspectors from the state Department of Labor & Industry and PennDOT’s State Safety Oversight Division completed an initial review of the approximately $17 million project’s upgrades in just two days, CamTran Executive Director Rose Lucey-Noll said. ×
