ROMEO – Sometimes Annie Hrabovsky works just too hard.
At least that’s what Romeo cross-country and track and field coach Mike Bulsepp believes.
So, this past summer the veteran coach had Hrabovsky change her training habits somewhat but not enough the derail one of Michigan’s top distance runners.
“She’s kind of up there as one of the best of the state. I’ve been working with her a lot this year about not over-doing it. She works harder than anybody,” noted Romeo Mike Buslepp. “She almost works too hard. But I’ve got her to understand that there’s other sides (to training) and I think it is really helping her.
“In the past, there were times where we had to have her slow down a little bit and not overdue it,” laughed Buslepp. “I think she now has a better understanding of it all.”
