AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION THIS WEEK are Gus, a male cat, and Koda, a Labrador retriever mix.

Gus is a handsome boy. His long whiskers, pink nose and soft, medium-length tuxedo coat make him a standout in the shelter’s cat adoption room. Gus is friendly and loves attention; however, he is easily startled by loud noises. He was found in the community of Waterside, and no owner came to the shelter to reclaim him. He hopes to find a home that is quiet and an owner that will allow him to adjust to his new surroundings.
