MyKingstonKids Halloween Fest & Parade 2025: The parade on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 2 to 3 p.m. (lineup takes place at 1 p.m.) leaves Pine Grove Street, near the YMCA, and will end at the Kingston Plaza.
