ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —
KOAT reported on new allegations against Kelly McEachran, a former Hope Christian teacher earlier this month, as a new lawsuit claims he sexually assaulted a student over 30 years ago and the school forced her to change her story.
Now, the attorney for the plaintiff has detailed the claims in the suit to Target 7.
Meghan Mitchell, an attorney for Fadduol, Cliff, Hardy, and Conaway in Albuquerque, is representing the woman who says McEachran sexually assaulted her in the sixth grade in 1994. Mitchell said, "They are honestly incredibly egregious, some of the most egregious that I have ever heard. And I do a lot of sex abuse work."
The victim claims that after the assault, she was forced by the school to change her story after reporting the abuse to the principal. Mi
