Ahead of Bihar assembly elections, which will be held on November 6 and 11, BJP's Rekha Gupta on Friday inaugurated several Chhath Ghats in the Laxmi Nagar area of east Delhi, assuring that this year's celebrations of the festival will be grandeur.
The Delhi CM inspected preparations at multiple sites and inaugurated two newly developed Chhath Ghats in Dwarka. Speaking at the event, she said that the BJP government was committed to ensuring a smooth and vibrant celebration for devotees across the national capital.
"The beauty and grandeur of Chhath this year will be like never seen before," Gupta said, adding that her government was leaving no stone unturned to provide all necessary facilities for the festival.
