A woman has been charged with murder following a horrific house fire in central Queensland that killed a woman and two children last week.

Jordana Johnson, 36, and her 12-year-old son Jordan Norris both died when a fire ripped through the family home on Whiting St in Toolooa, Gladstone, on the morning of October 15.

Jordan’s friend Chazz Mather, also 12, was visiting the home for a sleepover and also died in the blaze.

Police have now charged a 37-year-old woman with three counts of murder and two counts of arson.

She is expected to face a bedside hearing on Friday.
