In November, the self-funded Sydney athletes - who can often be spotted training at Mount Keira -will compete alongside 100 international runners through the Himalayan ranges.

Mount Keira is their favourite training location, with the elevation of the area allowing them to prepare for the international terrain and improve their endurance.
